Chella

Well guys, the first weekend of Coachella has wrapped and the stars were on their best fashion behavior, as usual. If you aren't familiar with Coachella, it's a two-weekend music and arts festival just outside of LA in the desert of Indio, California. Tons of celebrities, music-lovers, and hipsters alike come out to see their favorite pop, rock, hip-hop, electronic, and indie artists perform and to show off their wildest boho-chic ensembles.

Here's my best dressed list for weekend one:
Jared Leto and his tropical shirt + perfectly ombréd hair
The PLL-ers and their matching crop ensembles + smolds
Yes, Paris Hilton. Printed maxis and flower crowns all day long.
New besties Selena Gomez & the Jenners being chic as usual
Pure desert style by A$AP Rocky & Chanel Iman
Hilary Duff pulling off simple but stylish
Gigi Hadid in perfect florals
Matt Healy onstage in all black & basically shirtless (thanks, Matty)
Whitney Port mixing patterns

Plus these adorable & super-fashionable festival couples:
Behati Prinsloo & Adam Levine
Vanessa Hudgens & Austin Butler
Sarah Hyland & Matt Prokop
Aaron Paul & wife Lauren
Kate Bosworth & Michael Polish
and best for last, Jay & Bey. 🙌

Of course it wouldn't be Coachella without some incredible performances, and although there weren't any holograms this weekend, these sets totally killed:

Bastille - Pompeii
Ellie Goulding
Haim
Lorde - Royals/Team
Nas feat. JAY Z & Diddy
Zedd - Full Disclosure
Outkast - Roses
MGMT - Electric Feel
Drake feat. Jhene Aiko - From Time

Lastly, for your viewing pleasure, the beautiful Leonardo DiCaprio dancing to MGMT. You're welcome.

Can't wait to see what weekend two has in store!

Art Imitating Lifestyle

I was recently introduced to this amazing group of pop culture artists called The Oliver Gal Artist Co. Their prints are amazing and, being as obsessed with pop culture and fashion that I am, I pretty much want every piece in my house NOW. The collections are taken from very avant garde and upscale lifestyles but are also bright and trendy, which I love. You'll see inspiration from high fashion and couture, city maps from the 1800s and on, champagne and spirits, old blueprints, rock n' roll, life quotes, worldwide travel, film and television (even Breaking Bad!), and so much more. It's such a wide collection that there's a piece for every personality and that's the coolest part about it. If you have an appreciation for good music check out London Rock N' Roll under Décor Trends, go Abstract for a pop of texture and color, if you're into Paris fashion check out Fashion Vol. IV, Warhol-lovers drool over the Pop Art section, for world travel explore Metropolitana under Industrial & Urban, and there's even a Celebrity Mugshots collection if you're feeling bold!
It was so hard to choose favorites but here are mine:
